Do you collect printers from my home or shop?
Pickup is available. Message us on WhatsApp or call, tell us where you are and what the printer is doing, and we will explain how pickup works for you. You can also simply walk in with the printer.
Do you repair both inkjet and laser printers?
Yes. We service both inkjet and laser printers. Tell us the make and model, and send a photo of the problem if you can, so we know what to expect when it reaches us.
Can you refill my cartridge?
Yes, cartridge refilling is part of what we do, and we also sell printers, inks and cartridges. If you are not sure which one your printer uses, bring the empty cartridge or send us a photo.
What will it cost?
Ask for a quote on WhatsApp. We check the printer and tell you the price before we start, and we begin only after you agree. There is no work on your printer that you have not approved.
Is there a warranty on printer repairs?
Every repair carries a 6‑month service warranty, and we use genuine parts. Keep your bill, and test the printer at the counter when you collect it.
